This policy explains how Monopoly Media LTD ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through monopolymedia.net. We are the data controller for this site. You can reach us about anything in this policy at legal@monopolymedia.net.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one preference in your browser's local storage:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| mm-theme | Local storage | Remembers your dark or light theme choice | Until you clear your browser data |
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers. Our hosting provider may also keep short-lived technical logs required to serve and secure the site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and compliance with legal obligations.
Personal data is shared only with service providers that help us run the site (such as hosting and email), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when the law requires disclosure. Providers may process data in other countries with appropriate safeguards.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Your theme preference lives only in your browser and is never sent to us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions or requests: legal@monopolymedia.net.
